Count the mb as its downloading on the download screen. I have 60mbps internet but my ps4 only downloads at the most 8mbps and im hard wired. Thats about right. You are getting the MBs and Mbs mixed up. The big B(ytes) and the little b(its). There are 8 bits in a byte.
